The Strategic process is currently taking place, so the result and income can only be supposed. The company is a small family business called Helite that started 8 years ago and specializes in Airbag systems for individual protection. The activity mainly deals with horseback riding and motorcycle applications. Smaller application fields are already active in the Snowmobile and Quad. Research is being conducted for enormous applications such as: Baby seats and Old people. In other words, the company has much to discover, research, invest, develop and commercialize. The potential growth is promising and many actors are now ready to take a share of the profits. In 2010 Helite generated an 84% growth and forecasts for next year are even more positive. These financial results were what led us to think about planning a strategy. Indeed, the results prove that the company has a real potential. To assure this exponential success, the company needs to have as many key factors of success in their hands. As we will see in the SWOT analysis, problems are yet to be resolved and threats will inevitably be faced.
Helite's Mission is to serve, in various sectors, as many clients as possible, in their product development for individuals to benefit from better protection in case of accidents or falls.
