Internship report on improving digital presence and communication for OFI Immobilier, a Juan-les-Pins real estate agency, during the 2023-2024 academic year.

I learned to manage and optimize social media accounts, produce visually appealing content, and use SEO techniques to improve the online visibility of the agency. [...] In a world of increasingly digital real estate, where, according to a FNAIM survey of potential buyers start their property search online, it was of the utmost importance that the agency improve its online presence. Therefore, I implemented strategies on how I would improve the agency's digital communication and increase the agency's search engine ranking. I immediately started by making the agency's Facebook page more interactive. At the time, the page had only 300 subscribers, and the level of engagement was extremely low. [...]
[...] The sorting and labeling of the mayor's archives were also carried out. I helped to label and categorize over 50 files in chronological and alphabetical order, making document management more accessible and faster for the administration. This improvement simplified the process of retrieving the necessary information for the mayor's meetings. These actions not only improved the efficiency of internal processes but also allowed for better organization of client data and facilitated its consultation for future needs of the agency. By improving the quality of the ads and using attractive visuals, I contributed to making the properties more attractive and improving the engagement of potential clients with the ads. Always using Canva, I created a flyer (cf annex which presents the agency's services. This support was a wish of the entire agency team who wanted to have something that could have an impact on their prospects. These flyers are now available at the agency's entrance. [...]
