Walt studied at the Chicago Institute of Art, later finding employment at the Pesmen-Rubin Commercial Art Studio (Langer, 2000). After learning animation while working at Kansas City Film Ad Service Walt began producing his own animated films. In 1922, he formed Laugh-O-Grahm Films and soon relocated to Los Angeles where he produced his first of many popular animated and live action series (Langer, 2000). [...]
