It is essential to understand the concept of e-business models and the strategic process that encapsulates the global strategy, in order to be able to set up or use new efficient e-business tools. For the process to be as useful as possible, we have to determine how the value maximizing nature of today's customer fits within an e-business environment and what role search engines have in the e-business strategic process. In order to apply what we have learnt in the seminar, we are going to produce a research paper highlighting the way in which our topic choices might deliver a competitive advantage in an E-business context for the sporting agency Eventeam. Eventeam, was created in 2000 by Igor Juzon, and is one of the best references of sporting marketing in France. However it still has to develop its client portfolio. Eventeam is the inescapable actor of the management and the organization of customized public relations, during the biggest international sports meetings. On the strength of its know-how and the quality of its services, Eventeam stood out as a reference in the segment of sporting marketing, in the audit in sponsoring and communication by the sport and the media.
