Google was established on September 27th, 1998 in the Silicon Valley by Larry Page and Sergey Brin. These two men, who remain unknown, are the authors of the search engine Google. Google has a slogan which is "to organize the information at the world level and to make it universally accessible and useful ". At the beginning of 2008, Google was about worth 210 billion dollars on Wall Street. Google would subsequently grow to possess the most important servers park of the world, with approximately 500 000 machines distributed on 32 sites throughout the world. Google is one of the bigger companies of the world which have resisted the 2001 crash (NASDAQ) because it was not listed on the stock exchange. In 2004, Google launched an IPO and the share was introduced at 80 $, the share was valued at 250 the next year. At the beginning of 2006, the share was valued approximately at 460 $, it reached 600 $ (609,62 $) on October 8th, 2007, and 700 $ on October 31st, 2007. This gave it the company ranked fourth in terms of capitalization to Wall Street. Google brings keywords under the hammer, and each company can buy its words. When a user looks for a keyword, the company can be the posted as first one. If the user clicks the link of the company, it will have to pay a certain amount to Google.
