Skype is the first firm that revolutionized the telephony market. Thanks to it, people can call their friends or their family for free. Customers in the segment of 15-30 years are the most important part of Skype clientele. They are the digital generation, and use computers all the day and they do not watch TV. Most of their activities are confined to the Internet. The Skype concept is a great opportunity for this generation to be in touch with friends, colleagues for free and to change consumer behavior. Thanks to its partnerships, Skype can be present everywhere at any moments (now you can use Skype with your smartphone). This modification in consumer behavior led by Skype, worries huge operators who see their leadership threatened. The evolution of ways of communication became essential for all users (professionals and private individuals). Therefore, the appearance of the VoIP technology upset the classic means of communications, but limited itself by the difficulties of its technology. Nevertheless, the potential of the VoIP market is very important because of the indisputable attractiveness of the proposed features and the competitiveness of its cost. Thus in 2003, a new stage was crossed in telephony by Internet thanks to a new innovative technology. The creators of Kazaa, the famous software of data sharing based on the peer-to-peer technology, adapted Peer to Peer to telephony.
