Regionalization is both an administrative procedure for creation of institutional areas and also the establishment of territories more or less defined boundaries, in response to the disintegration of the State-Nation. This corresponds to a permanent division of space over time. This process is both subnational and supranational. It is the fall of the Berlin Wall and the end of the binary division of the world to globalization. This division is marked by the disintegration of the model of nation-state.
