To start with, let us describe how we are going to work on the project of the establishment of our hotel. We decided to have a clear idea about our project in general. We will make you discover what the concept of our hotel is and how is it appealing. At the same time, we will talk about the country where it was first established in (the Czech Republic) and the city (the Capital: Prague). In the first part, we will give our missions and objectives. In the second part, one can have a look at our internal analysis. It is important, indeed, to have an idea of our strengths and weaknesses in order to limit them once we are established. Then, we will define our project in the Czech economy and we will discuss about the external analysis. This analysis will allow us to be aware of the managerial and financial barriers that we may have to face. In the same way, we will say why cultural barriers have to be taken into consideration. The establishment part will be the most important to get know about our rights in the country. We will describe our business model as well as our mode and timing of entry. A large part will be concentrated on the set up factor. How to start a business? What about registering property? How will we get the funding? What kind of approach should be used when hiring our future staff? And to finish, what are our key success factors?
