Firstly, the origins of Aston Martin. Aston Martin is one of the most famous English car brands. It is based in Gaydon, at one hundred and twenty 120 kilometers from London. It was created in nineteen thirteen 1913 by Lionel Martin, and the name Aston comes from the name of a race that Lionel won this year. So next year will be the centenary of Aston Martin, for that, a special model of DBS will release this year, called DBS Ultimate Edition. The logo of Aston Martin is a wing, symbol of the Royal Air Force aviators. Nowadays, it is owned by the British Prodrive, since two thousand seven 2007, when Ford had to sell Aston Martin, because of the financial crisis. It is now estimated at one billion dollars. So Aston Martin is still a British company, even if some capitals are Kuwaiti. And the CEO of Aston Martin is Ulrich Bez, a German businessman.
