This thesis examines the issues related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within the framework of Human Resources Management (HRM) practices. It aims to understand the possible definitions of CSR, its stakes in the field of human resources, its impacts on the life of companies, and its contributions in terms of image, attractiveness, and financial performance, while also considering its potential limitations.
