Conflict is a state of discord which is caused through the actual or perceived opposition of needs, values and interests or against something or between someone or more aptly, between two or more parties who are not in agreement on a particular subject. The army is under a state of constant change especially with the impact of time and geopolitics. Thus, functioning in a different pattern is witnessed. Nevertheless, its fundamental organization and aspects continue to remain intangible. In this assignment, we are going to analyze ?conflict management'. Undoubtedly, conflicts exist everywhere and of course, the army isn't an exception. All armies are composed specifically mainly due to the importance of their specific missions. In other words, the composure of the armies is the need of the hour. To explain further, the army is composed of three corps i.e. the soldiers, sub-officers, and officers who have specific roles, obligations and responsibilities. It's not always easy to work efficiently and in synergy, notably because of the different degrees of experience, age, knowledge and expertise of each individual or group. Prior to analyzing various cases, it's necessary to underline both the notion of conflict and the functioning of the army.
