A personal account of an internship at Evô RH, a human resources strategy consulting firm, highlighting the impact of digital technologies on HR processes and the importance of maintaining a human-centered approach.
[...] This ability to maintain an empathetic attitude while keeping an analytical perspective now seems to me to be a crucial skill. In addition, this immersion has helped me to clarify my career project. Faced with multiple Employment Protection Plans I have understood to what extent accompanying professional transitions is a meaningful area of intervention. Employees perceive these moments as identity breaks, and I have felt the urgency to act as a catalyst.myself as a springboard. I therefore wish to dedicate myself to this field, using the resources of positive psychology (an approach proposing practical resources to build a more fulfilling and meaningful life) combined with pedagogical engineering tools, in order to support personal paths. [...] This internship gave me the opportunity to put into practice the psychology of work in the face of complex organizational issues, while developing my skills as an analyst and mediator. It helped me to grasp the frictions between economic and human dynamics within organizations, as well as the potential contribution of a consultant to harmonize them. This internship also played a crucial role in the development of my professional posture. [...] It's not a question of refusing technology, but rather of thinking about its incorporation in harmony with the principles of dialogue, equity, and recognition. Another notable experience during this internship was the management of intergenerational conflicts. In an organization where different generations with varying expectations coexist, frictions arose, particularly between young recruits seeking meaning and flexibility, and experienced managers, often more inclined to the principle of hierarchy. Through co-development workshops, we were able to establish an intergenerational mediation space. These devices promote the transmission of best practices to new arrivals and establish links between agents through networks, collaboration, mutual aid, and professional alliances. [...]
