As a 6 months employee at Elmwood Communicators Ltd., I think I have enough experience here to expose you some points I judge essentials to build a good working environment and to be as productive as possible.
Those last weeks, you ask us – and particularly me – to stay at the office later than the hours specified in the work contract. I understand the company's needs and I agree to make them as successful as possible, but I also have private obligations such as my job in a charity association every Fridays or just my other hobbies and appointments.
