In today's world, there are over 7 billion mobile phones, and 40% of the internet traffic goes through them. This unprecedented technological advance allows for unprecedented evolutions in the so-called Industry 4.0, such as the digitization of Human Resources Management through revolutionary use of apps and programs to keep every worker in contact with the firm they work for at any moment.
