The Contrats Pluriannuels d'Objectifs et de Moyens (CPOM) have significantly impacted the management of social and medico-social establishments, affecting work and management practices.

Numerical data on absenteeism at work in medical-social establishments In 2020, the absenteeism rate in the health sector, including medical-social establishments such as MAS, EHPAD, and FAM, was 8.26%, an increase of 30% compared to 2019. This significant increase had deep roots in the health crisis caused by the threat of the coronavirus. The incidence was particularly high among employees of these establishments; in fact of them suffered at least one absence during the year, an increase of 17 percentage points. [...]
