Effective response to emergencies requires not only technical knowledge or resources but also the effectiveness with which the teams will have to cooperate, exchange information, and respond to the evolving conditions. During crises, particularly during a serious outbreak of influenza, natural disaster, or other emergency on a large scale, the level of coordination between various agencies and professionals will be the most important factor of success. Communication becomes straightforward and team members know what they are expected to do, the response plans can be implemented quickly and effectively reducing the damage and save lives.

It reduces mistakes and allows sending important information between professionals in the most understandable way.
