[...] Personal Objectives After reading this work, I aim to integrate the principles of efficiency and equity into my teaching methods and adjust my techniques to better meet the specific requirements of each student. My first objective is to incorporate distinctive methods into my classes to promote success. The book's presentation is clear and organized, facilitating the understanding of complex concepts. Despite the density of the subject, the writing style, both precise and comprehensible, makes reading easier. However, I would have liked tangible examples or diagrams to better understand certain aspects. The references to historical research complement the proposals, however, more precise information about statistical techniques would have improved the analysis. [...]
