An ambassador is the personal representative of the Republic President accredited to the foreign Head of State. The Ambassador is in charge of to the bilateral relations between states and has authority on all services having an activity in the foreign State. And notably it is in charge of Consulate.
The consul is in charge of the community of people of its country (expatriates) for which he assumes the protection and connection with the authorities of the residential state and which he manages. The consul and its stall assist you for the acts you have to accomplish in the scope of the regulation of the country.
However when there is not a consulate in the welcoming country there is a section in the embassy which is in charge of the all consular tasks. The role of the consul is to assume the defense of the people and the properties of its State in accordance with the local laws and regulations.
