[...] All of'first, it was necessary to find an association willing to'to host my project proposal aiming to animate French language workshops. For this, I'had to demonstrate my motivation and pedagogical skills during'interviews with the managers. Then, the heterogeneous level of participants at the beginning of the project complicated the design of the first sessions to try to meet the different needs of each one. An individual observation of each beneficiary was necessary in order to precisely determine their level. The management of the small group of refugees also required a lot of'energy of my part to encourage the participation of all despite the difficulties inherent to each one, and to maintain a dynamic within the workshops. These developments, although different depending on the profiles, have allowed them to gain autonomy in various administrative procedures or to communicate with their entourage.
