This report will introduce a new business venture, Lora Hart. We will begin by looking at the external market. We will segment this market and based on trends we will develop a target market. Next we will conduct a customer analysis to understand the target market. We will then conduct an organizational structure where we will recommend the organization's mission statement and suggest services should be offered. The consulting industry continues to grow as organizations increasingly demand the objectivity and expertise of specialists. Trends predict that "the overall growth rate for consulting [will hold] steady at just over 9%? through to the year 2010, when a slowdown is predicted. In addition to this, revenues for the consulting market are steadily increasing and are predicted to continue to rise through to 2010.
