More specifically, it involves: - Identify the current obstacles to citizen participation in workshops and events on energy efficiency. - Propose effective and inclusive communication strategies to reach a wider and more diverse audience, including residents from peripheral neighborhoods. - Develop recommendations to increase awareness and involvement of residents in energy renovation and energy-saving projects.
