Abstract
Over the last two decades the number of non-government organizations (NGOs) has exploded, and as new challenges were being faced by nations, new issues appeared and the whole system of NGOs became more complex. This essay will focus on one of the main internal issues faced by NGOs. The main issue hampering the progress of NGOs today is management and organizational problems. This seems to be the external issue faced by NGOs these days. In fact over the last 10 years, the size of these organizations has slightly increased, thanks to growing concerns of developing nations and traumatic situations throughout the world.
