Abstract
Investing in Venezuela and the UAE can be beneficial but also dangerous. The advantages and disadvantages of each country for a foreign investor must be analyzed. As a result, at the political level, the South American country is less stable than the Islamic countries. However it offers more freedom than commercial emirates. The Venezuelan economy is weak but growing. On the contrary, the UAE are rich and the economy is diversified but is growing weaker. Moreover, economic infrastructure is developed. Socially, the Venezuelan culture is closer to that of Europe, but labor is only marginally qualified. In the Emirates, the population is urbanized and the workforce more qualified, but religion may be a little problematic. Venezuelan technology is poorly developed with respect to the emirates, not in communication and transport but in terms of infrastructure. Finally, it may be easier to install his company and live in a tropical climate than do so in a desert. Pollution is important in both the countries.
