Abstract
Disaster and public health emergency management requires team dynamics to be well developed in response groups. In times when there is an outbreak of a pandemic influenza, health professionals, emergency managers, and community organizations function as a unit to define the effectiveness of the implementation process and the timeliness with which the lives of individuals can be saved.
