Today, the notion of leadership has a fundamental significance in preserving sustainability, and acquiring this position embraces certain perspectives beyond conventional business management techniques. This research will strive to understand the 20th century innovative leader, Mary Kay Ash and the way how she persistently progressed to conceive a myth in the American management and leadership role. Indeed, the fact that Mary Kay Ash is a female leader does not remain the success story of American Management. Beyond physical aspects, she strived to become a leader because of her human management and instinctive decision makings, to constantly be innovative for the empowerment of women. Thus, this notion probably has helped her to achieve the success story of Mary Kay Inc. Hence, in order to become a symbolic leader, belief and faith are key sources, to influence and impact others to guide into high achievements and goals. Mary Kay Ash had said, 'God first, family second, career third', are the beliefs which reflect the modern female management, and with these attributes charisma melts with leadership to support business and resources. Finally, this paper analyzes the role of diversity since one of the successes of Mary Kay Ash is a minority of the 20th century and how this element solidified the impact of leadership to be able to connect with inner spirit and above all, to connect to change people.
