The manager of the McDonald's restaurant, in which I worked, organizes and distributes tasks according to the influx of customers with a visibility of two weeks through a shared schedule. He organizes the resources of the restaurant to allow customers to be received in good conditions and to achieve the set objectives. [...]

I was faced with the transmission of information only downwards and the announcement of projects or objectives without including employees in the decision-making process, even for change processes that affect their working conditions. In fact, during this experience, a project to renovate the break room with changes to the paint and flooring was carried out.
