Abstract

The evocation of the word Martinique is magic, usually makes us think of white sand, cocktails and beautiful beaches. But Martinique isn't only this, this is also an island which is part of the West Indies, a French department with its own culture based on a colonial past, strongly based on West Indian Creole traditions. All the generalities of Fort de France are the same as the Martinique ones.
