This firm specializes in strategic support for companies in the field of human resources, with a specific expertise in talent management, training, professional risk management, and work-life quality. This led me to reinforce my understanding of professional stress models and to consider their integration with change management accompaniment methods. From a first perspective, the stress model of Barbelivien & Meyssonnier (2016) highlights the importance of considering the individual's vulnerability in the face of professional stress.This generally stems from the interaction between an individual and an environment that does not suit them (Moisson-Duthoit, 2016).
