This research project explores the factors influencing young households' decision to leave the city center upon the arrival of a child, including economic, social, and cultural determinants. The study aims to understand the complexities of housing policies and their impact on family mobility.

Our work requires methodologically: - A literature review on residential mobility, the relationship to real estate, the housing offer and its geographical disparity in metropolitan areas. - The study of the available documentation on the housing policy conducted on the agglomeration in question in how it can impact the decision-making context of the targeted households, as well as the general situation of housing.
