Abstract

As a student at the leading public administration school in France, ENA I am particularly interested in the development of urban policies in interaction with citizens, transport networks and urban waste management. Finland is well-known for its efficient and innovative Urban Planning Policies especially in regard to environmental policies, as a result, I decided to come to study in the Bachelor programme of Political Sciences at the University of Helsinki.
