The Ministry of Justice's Digital Criminal Procedure Code aims to modernize the criminal procedure through digitalization, including electronic communication and online complaint filing.

[...] The deployment of the digital criminal procedure The origin of the PPN : In 2018, a "Digital Criminal Procedure" (PPN) program was launched to modernize the criminal procedure. It is an interministerial program that concerns the following ministries: - Ministry of Justice - Ministry of the Interior The purpose of this program is to enable the dematerialization of the entire criminal file and to facilitate electronic communication of the documents and findings related to it.
