In this reflective paper, we don't seek a fixed or finalised strategy but rather explore the process of strategic thinking. Based on the concepts of deliberate and emergent strategies (Mintzberg, 1994) and elements of the strategy creation and implementation lessons, we will follow a journey of introspection and questioning our intrinsic values, evaluating our resources and observing the opportunities and constraints of our environment.
