Xerox is a document management corporation that develops products for the segment of office equipment such as printers, copies, multi-function printers and supplies. Xerox also develops production equipment such as digital presses, production printers and copiers, wide format printers, and workflow software. Xerox is also present in the segment of business services, as consultants for document management and workplace optimization.
The purpose of this research paper is to analyze the development of Knowledge Management (K.M) and the implementation of the Knowledge Management System (K.M.S) within Xerox, in order to carry out an assessment, and thus find out potential amelioration in the organization's K.M.
