For decades now, concepts of globalization, social changes, client demands, significant technical evolutions (mainly in the communication area) has led to a drastic change in all modes of management of the Supply Chain which can be defined as the enterprise logistic chain from its providers to its customers. Nowadays, this trend has reached the industrial area and has also graced the sector of goods production and services. For instance, public hospitals have to go through a certification step which appraises the level of the provided services in order to assure users, a threshold quality of services. The client's profile has also significantly changed. His/her purchasing power increases, by improving his/her standard of living. Due to sociological phenomena, this trend has led an increase in the level of consumption and subsequently a greater demand in a more customized and diversified manner. This profile has turned to be much more demanding in terms of information, choice and quality. In the meantime, the competition also becomes more significant.
