Abstract
The world is looking for innovation, notably in the organization of work. Teleworking aka telecommuting, which associates data-processing, telecommunication and new organization of work, was an important innovation in the eighties. Working remotely means working from a distance through the use of telecommunication technologies. Today, the opportunities generated by teleworking can be found in several fields of activity. Teleworking offers significant benefits but also some drawbacks to workers and managers and it also give social benefits
