Abstract
There are several parts to this assignment. The Self-Assessment is the most important
area and must demonstrate your ability to use a qualitative approach, based on your
personal insights and analysis, to create a well-supported paper. Grading of this paper
is very rigorous. It will be based on how effectively you have done the self-assessment
exercises, developed themes that are grounded in data, and the quality of your narrative.
I am not grading your life or your values, just the rigor of your work and the clarity of
manner in which it is presented.
