This document explores the relationship between addiction care and the legal framework in relapse situations, examining two articles on the topic and proposing a research question. The study aims to understand the extent to which care for individuals suffering from addiction should be understood in terms of the legal framework that sets the sentence. The research project focuses on preventing relapse through an intensive and multidisciplinary approach to individuals with addictive problems in the justice system.
