Public places used to carry sporting events and, in particular, those related to the passion for football have always been dealt with issues related to the maintenance and administration of public order. The reference here is to those groups, more or less organized, which generally are defined as extreme fringes of fans. The arenas and the fringes may seem to be characterized by the fact that the idea which drives violent and antidemocratic nature finds their natural outlet, in a mix of features and variables that are not deciphered. The membership of the group and the claim of local pseudo-identities or policies play a role in influencing this drive.
