Abstract
The high development of Technologies is making it very difficult to plan a future carrier, especially for young people. During his speech at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada, the Governor shared his opinion by saying: "Many of the jobs and even industries of today will be gone tomorrow". Only those that cultivate a flexible and adventurous mind could make it. The rapid development of technology is reducing the border between different jobs, cancelling some and replacing some by other type of jobs. In the new generation, the young entrants into jobs market would face more hurdles; those who are talented can get significant rewards.
