Abstract
What I particularly want to stress in this essay is the necessary link that we have to make between climate change and water resources. It shows that it's necessary to understand those links and to investigate them if we want to find and propose recommendations and adaptations in order to solve the situation. I will try to focus on the analysis of the scenarios which are really complex and uncertain. However, it is necessary and essential to figure out the solutions, because the process of adaptation is extremely time consuming. The predictions agree to say that water scarcity and hydrological extreme situations will increase because of various elements like population increase, changes of lifestyles and pollution. One of the main elements involved in that change is the climate change.
