Improper feasibility studies had conducted unsuccessful rural development projects or programs. This investigation does pose some fundamental questions to be considered before implementing any rural development projects in the sub-Saharan Africa. There are substantial evidences to the fact that without taking into account sociocultural realities, any project cannot survive after the "project funding period". Furthermore, preliminary mathematical models are being described to predict the failure or the success of these projects and provide that all the details related to socio-cultural and ethnical contexts.
