For example, as the manager of the Audomarois marsh, he led a development project in the "National Nature Reserve of the Romelaëre ponds" with the intention of guaranteeing access to nature for all. He thus ensured that a multitude of parameters were taken into account, such as the integration of the world of disability or the choice of local materials for the construction of a stilt path. [...]
[...] 1.3 Missions Within the PNR, the staff is divided into several missions: Sustainable Agriculture, Production and local know-how, Territorialized missions, Participation and eco-citizenship, Energy transition, Natural heritage, Landscape and territorial development, and a management team (Communication, Finance and accounting, General operations). The PNR's areas of activity are very broad. They lead projects for development, restoration, or conservation of environments. They intervene in actions of pedagogy and environmental awareness (sustainable tourism, participatory workshops, nature outings?). For example, they can carry out the monitoring of wetlands to ensure the preservation of biodiversity; or set up management plans for natural areas with a conservation vocation and thus ensure the preservation of landscapes. [...] Integration The internship day was structured around 3 key moments : 2.1 Welcome to the Park House I started my day at the Park House of Saint-Martin-lez-Tatinghem. (See Annex n°1) I was able to discover the staff offices. In total, the union premises bring together a workforce of around fifty employees. I got to know my internship supervisor and some of his colleagues. With his team of 3 people, * is responsible for territorial missions in the Audomarois marsh. 'In this context, he is the RAMSAR correspondent for the Audomarois marsh and coordinator of the Biosphere Reserve.'
