The presence of the Illinois senator at the presidency of the USA could be considered like Providence for all Americans who expected that the civil rights would become effective. In fact, if Obama seems to be the man of the situation for some people, it is because he knows how to stir up the crowd. He has arrived at a good moment with a good speech, at a moment where Americans wanted to have someone who would be able to hear them and realize their hopes at the white house. Someone who is able to put aside the competitiveness of the country in order to devotes himself to the promotion of education, welfare and health. At the end of the double five-year tenures of G. W. Bush, America was in an obscure situation. In fact, Obama isn't the providential candidate. A big task expects him with the financial crises which will compel him to make choices in his political decisions.
