Abstract
The aim of this Business Ethics course is to learn how to identify and respond effectively to the moral challenges and opportunities of leadership in a complex and constantly moving environment of competing moral claims.
It was asked to students that we have to establish factual predicates and resolve an ethical dilemma using the process of ethical discernment and stakeholder inclusiveness. It was also asked to students to explain and show their own and personal point of view only by using a base of factual and precise predicates.
Then from the article "France deports Gypsies to Romania" by Associated Press, appeared in the newspaper Worcester Massachusetts Telegram on August 19, 2010, we will set up in this first the ethical issues that has led this specific event with Gypsies people in France and around Europe. In the second part, we will talk about the factual predicates about illegal immigration in Europe. In the last part, we will see more specifically my own point of view by using the common values tool of Pinter.
