Bonjour, voici mon support de cours Sadler à considérer/renforcer dans mon travail. Le double belt model de la chaine de valeur est aussi à renforcer, et puis en matière de marketing - le global indicator framework est à renforcer dans mon travail, voici la notice du prof :
We expect a 10-page application note that applies the concepts and methods covered in the course to either the case of your company or your business unit, or to the case of another company.
This note should be organized as follows
- A one-page contextualization of the case, briefly describing what the company offers (its value proposition) and how it presents itself (location, size, organization, shareholders, etc.).
- 3 pages devoted to Module 1, "Supply Chain Optimization," in which you describe the Double Bell Model of your case (discussed from page 3 in the paper written by Lambert & Cooper (2000) provided at the end of Module 1), present the organization of its global supply chain (from the procurement of raw materials, products, and resources to the delivery to the final or intermediate customer), and identify the main challenge (justifying why you think this is the main challenge, based on the course content) for optimizing this supply chain.
- 3 pages devoted to Module 2, "Retail & Marketing," in which you identify at least one challenge related to the downstream (retail & marketing) optimization of your case's supply chain (justifying why, based on the course content) and how it could be addressed (using course concepts!).
- 3 pages dedicated to Module 3, "Sustainability in the Supply Chain", in which you identify at least one major challenge related to optimizing the sustainable dimension of your case's supply chain (justifying why, based on the course content) and how it could be addressed (using course concepts!). The challenge can be related to how sustainability is measured, how the reporting is achieved, or how a particular business model is implemented. Avoid shortcut and be critical about your recommendations.
