Abstract
The AMF has for mission to apply the laws relative to the supervision of the financial sector. Especially in the field of : Insurances, securities and depository institution, except banks - and the distribution of products and financial services. The Authority must :
- provide assistance to consumers of products and users of financial services
- provide assistance to consumers of products and users of financial services
- supervising the activities of distribution of financial products and services
- supervising activities of grant and compensation, and the securities markets
- ensure the implementation of protection and compensation programs for the consumers.
