Abstract
Starbucks is a corporation of 92,000 employees. It has been ranked in 2006, by the fortune magazine as one of the best companies to work for. In this report we will study the overall organization of the Starbucks corporation. Through this document we will use information from the courses, and support from different websites to find out how the corporate culture, the social responsibility and the work environment that Starbucks follows. Through this report we will also see what are the main advantage for Starbucks to follow such an organization and also the origin and source of this organization. This report will help us understand how a man's values can become everyones values in a short time.
