The purpose of this document is, first, to appreciate how you manage a team, to put it in perspective with your Process Communication profile to appreciate the evolution of your reflections and modes of interaction with your experiences in team working. The plan is to choose 1 live experience in a professional setting where you have coached and accompanied.
Secondly, it includes a literature review of 2 articles published between 2010 and 2022 dealing with emotional intelligence and managerial performance.

While both articles emphasize the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership, they differ in their focus and approach. The article by Miao and Humphrey examines the relationship between emotional intelligence and authentic leadership, while the article by Côté et al. focuses on leadership emergence within small groups. The study by Miao and Humphrey suggests that emotional intelligence is a key predictor of authentic leadership, which is characterized by transparency, ethical behavior, and genuine concern for the well-being of others. By working together to launch a successful restaurant, they were able to build their confidence and sense of accomplishment, while also gaining valuable experience that will benefit them in their future careers. Overall, the experience was mutually enriching, as we all learned and grew both personally and professionally.
