Data Collection The family presented themselves to the service in order to find solutions to a problem of rent debt and eviction from housing. This is an Algerian family who came to France in October 2023 and has since been followed by our services. The couple has two daughters years old and 4 years old, who are schooled in Marignane. Regarding the professional aspect, the gentleman has a commercial training acquired in Algeria, and is currently actively looking for a job in any field. [...]

[...] The family is therefore in a state of precariousness. « Precarity is the absence of one or more of the securities that allow people and families to assume their elementary responsibilities and enjoy their fundamental rights. The insecurity that results may be more or less extensive and have more or less serious and definitive consequences. It most often leads to great poverty when it affects several areas of existence, tends to last over time and becomes persistent, and seriously compromises the chances of regaining rights and reassuming responsibilities on one's own in a predictable future. [...] In addition, by identifying the obstacles posing a problem, it intervenes by mobilizing its resources, facilitating communication, and defending the fundamental rights of the user. It goes in search of solutions to resolve the conflicts. Finally, its intervention may aim to transform the environment to make it more favorable, for personal fulfillment. In summary, the social worker plays a crucial role as a mediator between the person and their environment, acting and restoring a favorable balance for the social inclusion of the user. e. [...]

[...] The user is the actor of their change; the social worker only accompanies them in their search for solutions. Social assistance must be accepted by the user and be the result of a collaboration between the social worker and the person being accompanied. Thanks to the mobilization of resources by the social worker, the intervention will focus on strengthening the individual capacities of the user, so that he can better interact with his environment.
