This document presents a unique business idea of running a French food shop in the city center of Edinburgh. The shop will sell French cheese, ham, wine and several French alcoholic products. It will be only a sale activity and no manufacturing is involved. The idea of this business is to sell scarce products that are difficult to find in a city like Edinburgh. The shop is named "La Petite France". The name refers to traditional French products and using a French name can be attractive, different and eye-catching. Our concept strives to be different globally in terms of the products offered. We have different aspirations for this business idea. We intend to make people discover French products and French food traditions. By operating in the market of French products in Edinburgh, we hope to open news shops in different cities of UK in the near future. We need a crowded location to be known by everyone, like in Toll Cross for example. The shop has to be situated near the city center, because we need to flash across numerous people, and the city center seems to be the ideal location where people from different walks of life frequent.
